Group TRE - Part 2 (Intermediate Level)

This class will be a continuation specifically for the groups held in March 2025. We will repeat the entire TRE process together from start to finish to help you remember each step along the way as well as help your body feel more comfortable and confident with tremoring. I will also show you additional techniques you can play with to enhance and deepen your practice. If you have practiced on your own since our last group, feel free to bring any questions or observations on how that went for you and I can assist with feedback on that as well. If you did not participate in the March groups but have already done another TRE session with Kristin - whether that be a private session, group, class, workshop, etc., you are also welcome to join in.

Group Biofield Tuning (Finding Calm in the Chaos)

The theme for this group tuning is Finding Calm in the Chaos. We will use the sound and vibration of tuning forks to locate and release any areas of distortion or stuck energy in your biofield, helping you feel more calm and relaxed, lighter with more clarity on how to move forward. Our focus for this session will primarily be on the root chakra to encourage centering and grounding as well as feelings of stability and security. All you need to do is relax and breathe while bathing in the healing frequencies of the forks. Take a break from your responsibilities, worries, and concerns, and take care of YOU! Yoga mats will be provided for you to lie on but please bring any additional blankets or pillows you might want for comfort or coziness.

Group TRE

TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises) is a unique method of calming the nervous system and releasing stress, tension, and trauma stored in the body. First, we will do a few simple warm-up exercises to gently fatigue and stretch targeted areas of the body. These are designed to make it easy to connect with your body's natural "tremoring" reflex (this might feel like gentle shaking, rocking, swaying, quivering, vibrating). Experiencing this neurogenic tremoring can be quite enjoyable as it releases the stress and tension from your body. Some reported benefits of practicing TRE include feelings of calm and deep relaxation, improved sleep, decreased stress and anxiety, reduced body aches and pain, and increased trauma resilience. Who of us couldn't benefit from that? Please wear clothes that are loose or stretchy that you can move in comfortably (like yoga pants or sweats). Yoga mats will be provided. No prior experience needed.

TRE for Teens

Join us for this 4-Week Series designed especially for high school students aged 14-18. We will meet once a week on Tuesdays at 11:00 for about an hour to experience this important self-care tool. TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is simple to learn and by the end of 4 weeks you'll be well-equipped to practice TRE on your own to help calm your nervous system and manage your stress, anxiety, mood, overwhelm, trauma - whatever your specific needs are. Now is the perfect time to learn this important skill before starting the new school year. This workshop is limited to 5 participants so reserve your spot early. Cost is $125 for the series.
