TRE Workshop: Completing the Stress Cycle

Kristin will lead us through an easy series of standing movement to warm our bodies before we lie down on a yoga mat to get into position for some gentle tremoring. Accomodations will be made for persons who cannot move in certain positions or lie flat. This skill is accessible to all humans. After tremoring, we will have some quiet time for breathwork or silent integration.

Tremoring can feel like vibration, warmth, energy, electricity, bouncing, swaying, rocking, trembling, etc. It’s a unique experience for each person. Whatever it’s like for you is completely normal. It’s gentle and safe. Kristin will teach us how to invite the tremoring to start as well as how to stop it, so there is no time we will feel “out of control.”
