Join us for this Introduction to TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) workshop taught by Kristin Weber. Kristin is a Certified TRE Provider, Biofield Tuner, and Massage Therapist. In this 2 hour event, you will learn the why’s and how’s behind TRE as well as get to experience it for yourself. TRE consists of a few simple exercises designed to gently fatigue or stretch certain muscles of the body to help you connect with your body's very natural ability to “tremor” or gently shake in order to release stress, tension, and trauma stored in your body. TRE helps bring our nervous system down from a heightened state back into a state of balance, leaves us feeling more calm and relaxed, and can help release deep patterns of muscle tension. Just a few of the many benefits of TRE may include improved sleep, mood, and digestion, decreased stress and anxiety, and reduced muscle aches and pains.
